Return & Refund Policy – Fab Lab Perfumes
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with fair consumer practice under Nigerian law. Requests made after this period may not be accepted, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of perfumes, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging with seals intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Product must have been purchased directly from Rifaaqat Perfumes
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Damaged items not caused by delivery
- Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support within the return window
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Securely package the item in its original condition
- Send the item to the provided return address
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
- Exchanges are available for eligible products (subject to stock availability)
- Store credit may be offered where applicable
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the delivery cost
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video evidence
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
